Purpose of Life
In today’s trend-driven world, everyone is searching for a “purpose of Life”. I am very often asked what the ” purpose of life ” is. Most of them expect the answer to be extraordinary. But seriously, what is the purpose of life, and how can we understand it?
One of the major and prime purposes of life, the very reason you have taken birth, is to live from the place of consciousness. It means constantly observing your thoughts, words, and actions from a 3rd perspective. This means you are constantly watching and operating as a 3rd person. “The me in me that’s watching me all the time.”
When you operate from the place of consciousness, you hear your inner voice- the guidance of the subconscious (your higher self). You get this right, you take care of action and reaction/cause and effect – Karma game. Sounds difficult, but it’s not. The irony is, you do hear the inner voice guiding you all the time, but you doubt it, don’t trust it, or you rarely hear it because of the busy chaos of mundane life. When that voice is not heard, understood, and we get stuck in patterns, emotional loops, a cycle of life and death – a Karmic pattern.

Dhyan, what you call meditation, was engineered as a sacred space to sit with oneself, to introspect, understand, learn, act and pray. Sitting with oneself in silence helps to connect with your higher self (subconscious). Sadly, most shy away from the real work (Sadhna), but want the result of the Sadhna.
Spirituality has become that Gucci bag that everyone wants to carry. Nothing wrong in carrying that bag, but at least know your bag well. Me in me that’s watching me all the time is an ongoing process, which then creates a parallel road of purpose as and when you’re ready to embrace.
