As a Therapist, with sessions, reading n research & meditation… I have understood the mind which is a monkey can be trained to be a monk. Being human the Monk(mind) becomes a monkey again n again it has to trained to be monk. We a beings we slip from time to time… but whats important is to dust our Butts n stand again. It can be tiring… take a break for sometime but please get up. Life is filled with ups n downs, watch the emotions, be with them sometime but please don’t hold on to them. The moment you hold, all the why’s come… if you not ready to work on the why’s… then the why’s will just pile up creating a havoc. Either dig n uproot it for just plug it with a new thought.
