
Our body goes through so many some of these are taken or given. Imagine our beautiful bodies getting damaged by going through all that bumps emotionally, mentally, and physically.
These experiences make us the people we are, people sometimes who are not liked, sometimes not liked by ourselves, so many times we are loved by others and also by ourselves, sometimes we hurt, sometimes we are hurting, sometimes we hide behind that smile n laughter, sometimes we are the victims, and sometimes we are the victimizers. Whichever side we are, we hurt, we pain – sometimes consciously or sometimes subconsciously, so forgiving ourselves first is very important.
When we forgive ourselves first, we are permitting ourselves to let go. To let go of all the baggage we are carrying for the longest time.
