Means being Peaceful/Happy/Restful/enjoying reading or watching a movie or cooking
Comfortably enjoying your me time and find yourself being creative
Very aware of the emotions felt most of the time and mostly know how to deal with them.
You are happy in your own company /space
Feel Secured
Feel content
Feel confident
Eating and sleeping healthy
You appreciate things and people in your life n but also value your time
You are happy for your growth and also happy for others’ growth
You don’t worry about small stuff but will take care of it with a calm mind
Clear about wants and needs
But at times can feel any of the feeling mentioned below.

☆ What does feeling lonely mean?

Feel restless, impatient, fearful, insecure, sometimes it’s an act of being fine
Comes from unhealed Trauma from past events (childhood, loss of loved ones, bad relationships, Failures, Loss at work front, Bulling, accidents…etc.)
Do you have moody swings and find it difficult to express emotions?
Feel lost even with known and loved ones around
Don’t understand why are you feeling, what are you feeling?
Struggling with productivity—looking at the bright side, but not able to work towards it.
Dependent on others or anything toxic to make you feel better or happy
Worrying too much
Feel unworthy
Lack of self-compassion and self-love
Going out of your way to please people
Looking for approvals or validation,
Loss of appetite
